Wild Moth - Patience (Music Video)
joe hughes use to sing in koalacaust. he now shoots a lot of local bands, and made this music video for wild moth. i feel like as far as friends' bands go, this is one of the better music videos i've seen. needless to say, i was really impressed. i'm curious what he'll do next.

MRR reviews the stowaways issue #11
Maximum Rocknroll #353 - Oct - 2012
reviewed the stowaways issue #11.
THE STOWAWAYS #11 / no price listed 8.5 x 11 - copied 26 pgs
Back and bigger than ever, The Stowaways remains a cool zine for the particular (L.A./SoCal) scene. There are plenty of show reviews from a variety of venues and musical styles (well, in the punk/indie continuum) and now there are more, and bigger, photos. There's an in-person interview with SF's Wild Moth, which came out well. Music reviews finish it up. One thing I like here is the amateurish substance-over-style enthusiasm - the bands matter way more than photo resolution, clever layout or even having something on the back cover. (JM)
