I just found out about this book. it's about the story of merge obviously. the website is really cool, and has awesome superchunk videos i haven't seen before. i would recommend exploring the merge timeline. The book was written by Mac McCaughan and Laura Ballance who both play in superchunk and started merge together, as well as John Cook - a devoted superchunk fan since 1994. i'll be picking up a copy of this as soon as i can, but for now the website is pretty cool. take a look around. i think you can grab a copy from amazon for like $12 or something really cheap.
